Windows asks for administrator rights, which LeanFPS needs to change power and priority settings. The window shows the recommended tweaks; nothing changes until you apply them.
Every build we send comes with its SHA-256 checksum. In PowerShell, run Get-FileHash leanfps.exe and compare the result before you open it.
Closing the window keeps LeanFPS in the notification area: grey while idle, green while it is optimizing a game. Quit it from the tray icon. Learn more about the LeanFPS game optimizer or compare Free and Pro.
leanfps.exe opens the window. leanfps.exe --restore-all undoes every change LeanFPS made and exits, which is useful before uninstalling or if you ever cannot open the window.
